Will cover trial strategies including common defenses, the use of certified business records and the need to practice “defensive lawyering”

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
MSBA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program and will notify registrants at least 24 hours in advance of such cancellation or rescheduling. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received by 12:00 p.m. 2 days before the event. If a refund is requested after the 12:00 p.m. cut-off time, they will be charged a $20 administrative fee. If you register for regular full-day and half-day programs, but do not attend or cancel, you will receive the course materials following the program in full consideration of tuition paid.
